Today, we’re celebrating a major milestone at Karmo: the first anniversary of our landmark Motopool acquisition, to become Australia’s largest car subscription company!
It’s been an incredible year of growth, with the results proving that our vision for flexible mobility is not just resonating, it’s driving real-world success.
A year of rapid expansion
Since the acquisition, Karmo has cemented its position as Australia’s #1 car subscription company by both revenue and fleet size.
- 35% year-on-year revenue growth: Demonstrating strong market demand and the scalability of our model.
- On track for $60 Million annual recurring revenue (ARR) for FY26: A significant achievement that solidifies our financial strength.
- Expanded funding: Our debt facility has grown to $150 million.
“The past year has proven that Karmo isn’t just part of the mobility revolution, we’re leading it,” said Nick Boucher, CEO and Co-Founder of Karmo. “Our mission has always been to build a smarter, more sustainable alternative to car ownership, one that evolves with people’s lifestyles. This milestone is proof that innovation, not acquisition, drives real progress.”
