Spring50 Offer

1. The Promotion The “SPRING50 Promotion” (Promotion) is provided by Karmo Holdings Pty Ltd (ABN 62 615 224 815) (Karmo). By participating, customers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Promotional Period The Promotion commences at 12:01 am AEST on Tuesday, 1st September 2026 and ends at 11:59 pm AEST on Wednesday, 30th September 2026 (Promotional Period). To be eligible, customers must complete their application and activate their subscription within this period.

3. Eligibility Criteria This offer is open to individuals who meet all of the following requirements:

• New Customers: Available to new Karmo subscription customers only.

• Promo Code Entry: Customers must enter the promo code SPRING50 into the free form / promo or referral code field during the online application process.

• Standard Criteria: Must meet Karmo’s standard credit check, driver licensing, and subscription eligibility criteria.

• Payment History: Customer must successfully complete four (4) consecutive weekly subscription payments with zero failed or bounced payment attempts.

• Limit: Restricted to one (1) promotional offer per customer.

4. The Offer

• Eligible customers will receive one (1) $50.00 (AUD) digital Bunnings Gift Card.

• The digital voucher will be issued after the successful processing of the customer’s fourth consecutive weekly payment.

• Exclusions & Stacking: This offer cannot be combined or stacked with any other promotional codes, corporate discounts, or special pricing offers.

• Standard Karmo subscription fees, charges, and agreement terms apply throughout the subscription term.

5. Vehicle Availability The Promotion is subject to overall vehicle stock availability across the Karmo platform. Karmo does not guarantee the availability of specific makes, models, colours, or trim levels during the Promotional Period.

6. General Provisions

• Non-Transferable: The digital voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, credit, or account discounts with Karmo.

• Verification: Karmo reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of any applicant and to disqualify any participant who tampers with the application process, defaults on payments, or breaches these terms.

• Modifications: Karmo reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or factors outside its reasonable control.
