Karmo provides a generous kilometre allowance of 1,500 km per week for rideshare subscriptions. You can drive worry-free within this limit.

In the case that you exceed this amount, you will be charged for the additional kilometres at the rate of 30c/ kilometre. Your kilometre allowance details are in your contract, as well as on the window sticker located in your car.

We encourage responsible usage of our vehicles to ensure fairness and maintain the quality of our service. If we notice that you consistently exceed the kilometre allowance by more than 10%, we may need to discuss this with you. In such cases, we may request the vehicle to be returned or initiate a contract renegotiation to find a solution that best fits your needs.
