Non-collision breakdown recovery
On-the-spot support for mechanical faults such as engine, transmission, or drivetrain failure that leave the vehicle undriveable.
Electrical or starting fault assistance
Diagnosis and support for starting faults caused by a vehicle fault, such as a failed starter motor or alternator.
Safety check and support
Support when an engine or mechanical fault has triggered a warning light and made the vehicle unsafe to drive.
Tow to repairer
Towing to a suitable repairer when a covered fault can't be resolved roadside, arranged through the provider. Up to 20 km free towing in metro areas Up to 60 km free towing in regional areas Up to 160 km free towing in remote/rural areas.
Lockout assistance
Help getting back into the vehicle if keys are lost or locked inside, at your cost.
Fuel and charge top-up
A top-up delivery, a tow to the nearest station or charger, or misfuelling assistance, paid by you.
Battery jump-start
A jump-start when the battery has drained from user error, such as lights left on, billed to you.
Tyre change
A tyre or wheel change arranged through the roadside provider, billed to you.
