Amman and Isabel were amazing! As soon as my paperwork was done, I had a phone call to book a pick up appointment. He also helped the morning of so I made it to the office location without issue. Isabel was helpful as soon as I walked in the door. As this was my first time, she explained to me all the ins and outs with how the subscription works and made sure I understood how the car operated before I drove it away. Both have checked in since I left to make sure all was still okay. Pocked up a zeeker7x awd performance today the experience from start to finish was seamless. Isabel was a gem at Point of collection and went through everything really great even had a laugh or 2 with my father, Erin also was great in the lead up to picking the car up and Aaman as always went above and beyond could not recommend these guys any higher and look forward to a long standing relationship with them all. I’d like to say a huge thank you to the entire team at Mascot office for providing such an amazing experience and offering such an incredible vehicle. I have the Zeekr performance AWD, and it has been an absolute pleasure to drive. The performance, comfort and overall driving experience are exceptional. Driving a brand-new car while having the convenience of a simple weekly payment with everything included makes the whole experience incredibly easy and hassle-free. The charging experience has also completely impressed me. I charged the car from around 60%, and in less than 15 minutes I adeed approximately 210 km of driving range. For my usual driving, that’s almost an entire week’s worth of driving range added in just 15 minutes—which is absolutely incredible! A special thank you to Amman for the excellent service provided. The professionalism, support and customer service made the entire experience even better. Overall, I couldn’t be happier. An amazing car, fantastic technology, incredible charging capability and outstanding service from the team at Mascot Karmo.
