From viewing subscription information, to making weekly payments and updating payment methods, customers will be able to stay on top of their subscriptions.
Quick overview of booking information
Customers will be able to view all vital subscription information such as your booking period, weekly subscription fee, Karmo upgrades and their payment status in a single glance. This saves them the hassle of rummaging through their inbox or text messages to find information about their booking.
Increased payment transparency
Transparency is a top priority for us at Karmo. Through My Karmo customers can view the breakdown of their weekly car subscription fees and know exactly how their weekly charges are calculated.
Self-serve for updating payment methods
Using My Karmo customers can update payment methods. Adding a new card, deleting an expired card or setting a preferred payment method can be done with just a couple of clicks. This ensures customers never risk missing a payment and incurring late payment fees.
More payment flexibility
With My Karmo customers now have the option of paying their weekly subscription fees in advance. This gives customers the flexibility to plan finances better and preemptively pay for weeks when making payments might be difficult because of travel or other commitments.
